This business support grant aims to empower emerging and expanding businesses in Oklahoma by offering a year of complimentary administrative assistance. This support encompasses services such as strategic planning, social media management, customer service, and other tasks vital for business growth. The objective is to strengthen the local business ecosystem by providing tailored support to selected enterprises.

In-Kind Grant Guidelines
Eligibility
To qualify for the grant, applicants must:

Business Location: Preferably be physically located and operational within Oklahoma. Priority is given to Oklahoma based businesses.

Business Stage: Be in the startup phase (operational for less than two years) or in a growth phase with plans for expansion.

Business Type: Operate as a for-profit entity in any industry sector.

Size: Have a maximum of 50 full-time employees.

Compliance: Be in good standing with all local, state, and federal regulations or in the process of registering.

Grant Award
Selected businesses will receive:

Duration: Twelve months of comprehensive administrative support services.

Services Included: Strategic planning, social media management, customer service support, data-driven insights, and other services as outlined on the Nomadic Notary website.

Value: An estimated in-kind value of $25,000 per business.

Winning Business in the cohort: Receives $10,000 cash on completion of the full year program.
Reporting and Accountability
Grant recipients are expected to:

Quarterly Reports: Submit brief reports every three months detailing the impact of the administrative support on their business operations and growth.

Meetings: Participate in quarterly meetings with the Nomadic Notary team to discuss progress, challenges, and additional support needs.

Final Report: At the end of the grant period, provide a comprehensive report summarizing the year's achievements, challenges, and overall impact of the assistance received.
